2. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Aungari (Pirbigha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 4 of 2020 passed by the larned Special Judge, F.T.C. (POCSO-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-VIIth, Biharsharif, Nalanda by which discharge application filed by the petitioners was rejected by the Court below.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.
