JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Akbarnagar P.S.Case No. 25 of 2018 registered under Sections 380,411 and 457 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner was found lying in injured conditions with the stolen mixture and aadhar card of the informant.

Submission is that petitioner was not apprehended in the house of the informant and the story is absurd and he has been in custody for more than four months and no criminal antecedent of any theft and there is only one case against him under Section 323 of the IPC in which he is on bail. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Bisal Kumar @ Binod Kumar Sah@Bindo is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing
