2. Heard the parties in virtual Court.

3. This criminal revision application is against refusal of prayer for bail by the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Muzaffarpur on 15.09.2020 in connection with Katra P.S.Case No.247 of 2019 as well as against order dated 25.11.2020 passed in Cr. Appeal No.22 of 2020 whereby the learned Appellate Court (Children Court) refused to interfere with the order of refusal of prayer for bail.

4. The learned Juvenile Justice Board while refusing the prayer for bail has considered that social investigation report which was not favourable to the juvenile. It further observed that the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.312 of 2021 dt.28-07-2021 2/2 juvenile requires to be kept in observation home for some more time. The petitioner has got five criminal antecedent of serious nature.

5. Considering entire facts, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned orders in exercise of this revisional jurisdiction as none of the impugned orders suffer from jurisdictional error leading to miscarriage of justice. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew the prayer before the learned Juvenile Justice Board itself who shall call for fresh report and pass a reasoned order.

6. With the aforesaid observation, this criminal revision application stands disposed off.
