2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 16 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Section 21(C) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 360 bottles of 100 ml. each cough syrup.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2026.

5. Considering the huge recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
