SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 Petitioner is seeking correction in his father's name as also address as printed in the array of parties of Cr. Misc. No. 31480 of 2014 and in order no. 3 dated 20.03.2015, passed in the said case. It is also prayed that time to surrender granted under order no. 3 dated 20.03.2015 be extended by four weeks.

Let father's name and address of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 31480 of 2014 and in order no. 3 dated 20.03.2015 be corrected as Sri Ram Pravesh Sharma, resident of Bansidih, P.O. Chas, P.S. Chas Bokaro, District Bokaro in place of Late Durga Rai, resident of Digha, Polson, P.S. Digha, District Patna and the time of surrender granted under order dated 20.03.2015 is also extended by four weeks from today, but it is made clear that hereafter neither correction nor extension

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32758 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 shall be allowed on any ground.

Modification application is, accordingly, disposed of.
