The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case is that the informant being the police officer went to execute the warrant of arrest against the petitioner when the petitioner made assault to the informant. The assault was also made by the wife of the petitioner and other villagers.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that under misconception that the miscreants attacked on the village, the villagers made attack.

Considering the nature of accusation, it is a case for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23855 of 2016 (2) dt.26-05-2016 2/2 consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Pakaribarawan P.S. Case No.58/2015, pending before the learned SDJM, Nawada. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
