This modification petition has been filed for modification in the order dated 03.04,2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34122 of 2014.

It is informed on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners were granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34122 of 2014 with direction to surrender before the court below in connection with Sheohar P.S.Case No. 61 of 2013 within four weeks but they could not surrender before the concerned court within time due to some unavoidable circumstances.

This modification petition stands disposed of extending four weeks time from today to surrender the petitioners before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29702 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in the above stated Sheohar P.S.Case No. 61 of 2013. The other terms and conditions of the order dated 03.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34122 of 2014 shall remain the same. Accordingly, the above stated order dated 03.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34122 of 2014 stands modified to the above stated extent.
