The petitioners are in custody in connection with Delha P.S. Case No. 161 of 2017, a case under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Some un-known persons stolen away the motorcycle of the informant and the name of the petitioners transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused.
Submission is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 16.10.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59433 of 2017 (3) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Delha Police Station Case No. 161 of 2017 with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
