1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding to the Respondent authorities to pay the J.P. Senani Pension permissible under J.P. Senani Samman Scheme to the petitioner since 2009 and thereafter permissible under law."
