Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 504, 427, 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner and others tried to demolish the brick wall of the informant and on protest being raised the informant and his nephew were assaulted causing sharp cut injuries. The cash of Rs. 7000/- and wrist watch were also taken away by the accused persons.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that informant and his nephew received simple injuries. There is counter version of the occurrence also and coaccused have been granted bail. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28927 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Muffasil (Mahadeva O.P.) P.S. Case No. 507 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
