JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ application in order to challenge the order as contained in Memo No. 326 dated 04.03.2007 passed by the Block Development Officer, Shambhuganj whereby the Treasury Officer, Banka has been directed to recover Rs.15,35,136/- from the death-cum-retirment benefits of the husband of the petitioner by filing a separate writ application. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the aforesaid prayer.
