The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram G.R.P. Case No. 97 of 2015 dated 07.11.2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Ramesh Ram @ Veera who has been granted bail. The FIR is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2017. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In the two cases in which the petitioner has been made accused, he is on bail.
Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53435 of 2017 (3) dt.27-11-2017 2/2 The petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Railway Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Sasaram G.R.P Case No. 97 of 2015.
