Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Prevention of Damage of Public Property Act, 1984.
Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt act has been attributed against him. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43391 of 2018 (2) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Baroon P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018.
