SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from perusal of Order No. 3 dated 21.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 496 of 2015, Annexure-1 it does not appear that said order was passed after taking into account earlier orders of this Court, Annexures- 3, 3/1. That may be so but before passing order dated 21.05.2015 this Court has taken notice of all the essential features of the case including those orders. It may be that said orders have not been referred to in the order dated 21.05.2015 but this Court having taken a comprehensive view of the allegations had passed the order dated 21.05.2015. In the circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27395 of 2015 (3) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 there is no reason for me to reconsider the same. The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
