The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 106/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a delay of seven days in lodging the F.I.R. and the occurrence has taken place for a trivial issue and there is no injury upon the alleged injured and no offence under Section 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27591 of 2021(2) dt.11-03-2022 2/2 petitioner.
Considered the submissions of the petitioner. In the opinion of this Court and in view of the allegations and also the fact that there is no injury, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, I, Bikramganj, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 106/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
