Petitioner is accused in connection with Nalanda Mahila P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019 registered under Sections 376, 323, 504, 506, 379/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of F.I.R. itself, it appears that the informant has not stated about committing rape against the petitioner. Moreover, both the parties have compromised the case, as contained in Annexure-2 to the application. It also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15536 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Nalanda, Biharsharif in connection with Nalanda Mahila P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019.
