The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 23.07.2015, but due to typographical error the quantity of rice to be delivered by the petitioner has wrongly been typed 1209 quintals of rice in place of 1210.30 quintals of rice and similarly the amount lying due against the petitioner is Rs. 26,20,936/-, but it has wrongly been typed as Rs. 29,96,579/- and the bank guarantee of petitioner is typed Rs. 5,00,000/- in place of Rs. 50,000/-.

The aforesaid errors stands corrected and the present order shall be deemed to be part of order dated 23.07.2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
