ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 The petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 06.02.2014 by which the Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in G.R. No. 594 of 2005 has refused to discharge the petitioners. I see not merit in the application. The application is rejected. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the trial Court will send a list of witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there is no further delay in the trial.
