Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that co-accused Rajendra Mahto @ Bathu Mahto having similar allegation to that of the petitioner has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 19.07.2016 in Cr.Misc.No. 20555/2016 vide Annexure-2.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41796 of 2018 (2) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Kathaiya Police Station Case No.86 of 2014 G.R.No.2567 of 2014, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
