JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 03-10-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, in presence of the learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.1 to 5, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the prescribed appellate authority for grant of appropriate relief(s) to the petitioner with respect to the lands in question as also the order impugned passed by the Anchal Adhikari, Wajirganj. Permission is accorded.
