The petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2018 in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only on the basis of suspicion that the Honda Pump Set may have been stolen by the present petitioner; the petitioner has been taken into custody despite the fact that the Honda Pump Set was not recovered from the petitioner or the co-accused Chhotu Kumar. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44234 of 2018 (2) dt.27-07-2018 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018. .
