The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Magadh Medical P.S. Case No.133 of 2020 registered under Section 341, 323, 324, 295A, 298, 147, 148, 149 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather specific allegation is against co-accused Santosh Paswan and Dharmendra Rajak.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a
