For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 23.06.2021 passed by the District Programme Officer, I.C.D.S. Bhojpur in Appeal Case No.9 of 2021 whereby and whereunder the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order dated 3.2.2020 vide letter no.27 issued under
Patna High Court CWJC No.5075 of 2022(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 signature of C.D.P.O. was dismissed.
II. For issuance of an appropriate writ for quashing the letter no.27 dated 03.2.2020 whereby and whereunder the selection of respondent No.6 on the post of Anganwari Sevika was confirmed."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
