Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.4858 of 2024(2) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 petitioners have filed a representation before the Chairman of the Staff Selection Commission but till date, no order has been passed.

Considering this fact, the petitioners are directed to file a fresh detailed representation enclosing all the relevant documents in support of their claim, before the respondent no.4 within a period of two weeks.

Respondent no.4 is well advised to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation of the petitioners, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or their counsel, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioners.

It is made clear that if an order is not passed well within the stipulated period, respondent no.4 shall be held responsible for non-compliance of the order of this Court. 6.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ application is disposed of.
