The petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2017 in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 149, 304, 341, 323, 448, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he had participated in a quarrel which had taken on the point of children between the families of Pawan Kumar, brother of the informant Anil Kumar and Sanjay Kumar in which Pawan Kumar has sustained injuries. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties and the injuries sustained by both the parties.

No.59009 of 2017 (2) dt.15-12-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that no specific allegation has been attributed to the present petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar (Aurangabad) in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017.
