The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Hilsa P.S. Case No.549 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, Sunil Kumar alleged that the petitioner and others assaulted him. The informant alleged that Birendra Ram, the petitioner assaulted him with sharp edged weapon on his head and also assaulted with rod in his left arm. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is co-sharer of the informant. There is counter version also being Hilsa P.S. Case No.548 of 2019. Both sides entered into scuffle and made assault on each other. The informant got simple injuries on head and arm.

Taking into consideration the facts that there is case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15241 of 2020(2) dt.08-09-2020 2/2 and counter case and both sides made allegation of assault against each other in which the informant got simplie injuries on head and arm, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, District Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S.
