2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 30(c) and 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 13.875 litres of Indian made foreign liquor has been recovered from seized motorcycle and 50 litres of sweet solution was destroyed at North corner of Kataw.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. He further submits that petitioner was not arrested from the spot and the seized motorcycle does not

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the bail petition and submits that petitioner carries three criminal antecedents out of which one is of similar nature.
