2. The petitioner was aggrieved by non payment of salary for various periods and by way of amendment sought direction to make payment regularly to her in future also.

3. Mr. Anjani Kumar, learned senior counsel appearing for the T.M.B. University, Bhagalpur drew the attention of the Court to the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent T.M.B. University, Bhagalpur in which it has been stated that the salary for the period has been paid to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9711 of 2016 dt.24-07-2017 2/2 petitioner under cheque dated 19.07.2017.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not aware as to whether the cheque has been received and payment made to the petitioner.

5. Having considered the matter, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 3, 4 and 5 to ensure that the amount which has been admitted by the University and as indicated in the counter affidavit be paid to him within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order upon the respondents no. 3, 4 and 5, if already not done. It is further directed that in future also, till the time there is no adverse order against the petitioner, she shall be paid her current salary for the period she works in terms of her entitlement, in accordance with law, along with payment of salary to other similarly situated persons in Jamalpur College, Jamalpur.
