Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Petitioner apprehends arrest in Rajiv Nagar Police Station (PS) Case No 72 of 2014 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 387, 427, 379, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel points out that this is a dispute amongst two neighbours with regard to alleged encroachment. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Rajiv Nagar PS Case No 72 of 2014 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
