16-06-2015 The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Morhowrah P.S. Case no.200 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It has been alleged by the informant, who is widow of army personnel, that the petitioner has cheated her. It has been alleged that the petitioner is a L.I.C. agent and in the policy of her husband, she was nominee, but the petitioner committing fraud has withdrawn the entire amount.

Sri Madhuranand Jha, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that as per F.I.R., there is specific allegation against the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19406 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 I have examined the materials available on record. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
