In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents not to construct the road over the land situated at Guraru Block, District Gaya under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana as it will effect the irrigation of 125 acres of land of Parsoshada Villagers.

In the opinion of this Court, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition being devoid of merit is dismissed.
