Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.98 of 2018 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner was apprehended red handed while taking away the motorcycle of the informant and produced before the police.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant claims that he produced the accused before the police but seizure list shows that one Pappu Singh has produced the petitioner before the police, however there is no compliance of Section 100 Cr. P.C. and this petitioner has been in custody for approximately four months.

No.43019 of 2018(2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Dhanu Rajak is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.98 of 2018.
