The petitioner, being the husband, is in custody since 23.03.2017 in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B), 120(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioner has a moral duty to protect his wife and that, as alleged, the death took place within seven years of marriage in connection with demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
