====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 26-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 235 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354 (A), 354 (B), 354 (D) and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that the petitioner has gone to the house of the informant and demanded the phone number, on refusal, the accused persons thrashed her abusing and giving threatening to kill also, however, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that four days before, the father-in-law of the informant has assaulted the petitioner by Farsa and he was admitted in the hospital.

No.16814 of 2019(2) dt.26-03-2019 2/2 Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 4th, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case no. 235 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
