2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498 (A), 323, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Majhagrah Case No. 264 of 2013.

3. Despite the order dated 09.03.2016 as well as dated 31.03.2016, the petitioner no. 1 has not personally presented himself in Court. The opposite party no. 2 however is personally present.

4. An evasive statement is made on behalf of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27495 of 2015 (6) dt.04-05-2016 petitioner no. 1 that he has left to earn his livelihood.

5. In the above view of the matter and having regard to the nature of accusations against the petitioners, the interim order dated 24.07.2015 granting provisional anticipatory bail to the petitioners is vacated.

The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
