JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed by the petitioners for modification of order dated 10.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45166 of 2014, whereby the petitioners were allowed anticipatory bail. One of the conditions therein was that they should surrender within six weeks from the date of the order. However, it is submitted that the petitioners, due to the reasons mentioned in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29114 of 2015 (2) dt.16-09-2015 2 / 2 this application, could not surrender within the aforesaid period and, thus, petitioners seek extension of the time for surrender. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

Let the period of surrender as per order dated 10.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45166 of 2014 be extended by further three weeks from the date of this order.
