JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being Program Officer is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,409,468,467,471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of issuance of forged job card under Manrega scheme.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that considering the fact that Program Officer was not supposed to verify each job card and accusation being omnibus and general the co accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 15973,1187,18645 and 8702 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or
