JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 121 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act & Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2022. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
