3. After some serious arguments, learned counsel for the appellant, in face of earlier order of this Court dated 30.04.2013 in Miscellaneous Appeal No.

Patna High Court MA No.296 of 2012 dt.22-01-2015 306/2012 preferred by the claimants against same Award, seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

6. As prayed, statutory amount be sent to the court below for further needful.
