JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of the order dated 15.05.2013 passed by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur in Special Case No.38 of 2012 arising out of Economic Offence P.S. Case No.2 of 2012 whereby cognizance has been taken for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(1)c) and 13(1)(d) read with Section 25 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of
