JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 16-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceeding. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects as pointed out by the office within three weeks of normal functioning of the court, failing which the office is directed to place the matter before the Bench. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 27.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31406/2020 for extension of time for furnishing bail bond mentioned in order passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted bail on 27.01.2021 passed in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25142 of 2021(2) dt.16-07-2021 2/2 Cr.Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31406/2020, but due to not available of local bailor person, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish his bail bonds within the time directed by this Hon'ble Court.

Considering the same, let the period of surrender of the petitioner be extended by six weeks from today, in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 230/2020 vide Special Case No. 2856/2020 to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna.

Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 27.01.2021 shall remain as it is.

Accordingly, this modification is allowed.
