The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 376/511 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he made attempt to ravish the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that maliciously the petitioner has been roped in the present case. It is further submitted that for the occurrence of 20.2.2016 the written report was submitted on 22.2.2016 which reached to the court on 24.2.2016 which reflects that the FIR has been registered by antedating. There is no medical report on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23228 of 2016 (2) dt.24-05-2016 2/2 record. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016 pending in the court of learned CJM, Nawada. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
