Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has assailed the candidature of the private Respondent Nos. 8 & 9, who have been selected pursuant to the process of selection conducted under Advertisement No. 2 of 2011, by alleging that the said persons

The writ application raising disputed issues of facts regarding identity of the two private respondents is found to be thoroughly misconceived. This Court is not inclined to exercise extraordinary discretionary writ jurisdiction in favour of the petitioner to examine such disputed issues of facts. 4.
