Having considered the averments made in the writ petition and materials on record and upon hearing the parties, it is
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.544 of 2016 dt.05-07-2016 2/2 hereby directed that respondent No.7, namely, Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, shall enquire into the grievances raised in the writ petition, do the needful in accordance with law and complete the investigation of Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.150 of 2016, under Sections 147/149/341/283/285/427/353, expeditiously, preferably, within a period of six months, ensuring proper, fair and effective investigation in such a way that no innocent person is harassed and necessary security of the petitioner is taken care of. Let a copy of this order be sent forthwith to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, and Officer-in-Charge, Gandhi Maidan Police Station.
