2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 25(1B)A and 26 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Nayagaown P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as he was absent at the time of the raid and was working in the SIS company at Noamundi in the Steel Plant of Tata.
