The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No.68 of 2017, a case under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. relating to occurrence of theft. He is in custody since 30.08.2017. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused.

Considering the material aforesaid as well as the period already undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61340 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 P2/ amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Patliputra Police Station Case No. 68 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
