The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.188 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 447, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegations made in the first information report that it was Vijay Sah and Baidyanath Sah @ Bechan Sah, who assaulted upon the informant and his grand son, the petitioners, who are not said to have made any overt act, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43116 of 2018 (2) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.188 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
