The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015 registered under Section 304-B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and they have nothing to do with the matrimonial affair of their son. They have been implicated in the present case on account of their relationship and, as a matter of fact, the daughter of the informant was a short tempered lady who had committed suicide as a result of which she died.
On perusal of the record, I find that there is allegation that the daughter of the informant, who was married to

No.23446 of 2016 (2) dt.26-05-2016 2/2 the son of the petitioners, was killed in her matrimonial home for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application preferred under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected.
