Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 12.10.2022, in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 407 of 2022, G.R. No. 1159 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 12.10.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(a), 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh an appropriate application. Permission is accorded.
