Petitioner is accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 1949C of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 506, 120B of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The dispute is of civil nature. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.01.2020.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15508 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 1949C of 2016.
